The staff member Carys was extremely helpful and patient. She went out of her way to help us first with my girls using the horse riding simulator and then helping us choose the best body protectors. She is an asset to Naylors. 10/10!

Shopping for walking boots and Sandals at GO Vangarde Centre York . Sales assistant extraordinaire Mark was excellent ...it was almost as if he had a degree in footwear and feet. He measured my feet ..the differences between them, the arch height an imorjnt image was given and then knew exactly what boots might fit me and what was wrong with the ones that didn't. I came away 100% satisfied. Full marks to him. Thank you Mark

There was so much choice and staff were friendly. Our check out assistant Ash was exceptionally superb offing advice on membership, returns and handling and packed our bags with care.

Callum was friendly, helpful and well informed.

Poor. This is one of the biggest Go Outdoors in the country, yet they were out of stock for three of the items I wanted to purchase, including boots, fleece and trousers. Inaddition, I wanted to try on two tee-shirts and the fitting rooms were looked. A bell notification system was in place to request the attendance of a member of staff to unlock them. Myself and another customer pressed it and waited ten minutes, no member of staff appeared. We went looking for one and found two busy having a good old chat, one with an ear piece in. When I explained we'd pressed the buzzer and no one had appeared after a considerable time the staff member claimed the earpiece wasn't working correctly. First World problems, I know, but from a customer service perspective its poor and shoddy. Not impressed and I won't hurry back.

Had a great experience. I love this modern store and think it's great. I would like to say a big thanks to Chris who was working today, he helped me out on footwear as I was looking for a new pair of walking boots. Chris is very knowledgeable about walking boots and was very helpful. He made great suggestions and told me what to look out for. We tried on a few sizes and styles and came to a pair Merrells which I was very happy with. Thanks Chris for being very helpful and polite.

went in here last week to buy fishing gear. I would like to give a big shout out to "CALLUM", who despite having to deal with the customer before us, who was rude beyond belief over 50p which was being sorted out, believe this was beyond Cullum's experience or training, but he called a supervisor who took over and was very helpful with Callum.
Anyway he dealt with our enquiry gave us great advice and we brought the reel I was after. Again big thank you to the staff, ho and if you have time get a coffee and cake in the café downstairs, its all very nice.

Katie was a wealth of knowledge who new all the answers to my enquiries without hesitation
