I went to Go Outdoors Worcester store today to buy new walking boots. Having only a vague idea what I wanted, it was wonderful to get excellent advice from store assistant, Nicola. From the relative benefits of leather v modern materials, durability of different types of boot and fitting, she was extremely knowledgeable. All that with a friendly demeanor, to go with a good range of product options. I was very pleased and look forward to getting out and about in my new boots.

Nicola was outstanding today. Her patience, knowledge and opinion was much appreciated, as I tried on almost every pair of trainers in the shop! Thank you.

Shirley was incredible. Having tried on several styles of walking shoes, which she ensured fitted correctly or otherwise, I finally decided on Merrell Mohab 3 GTX. Going to the cash desk to pay, I then realised that she was serving customers on her own. No other sales agent was around. Her professional help was fantastic and her stamina amazing. A real credit to the GO Outdoors company.

Having searched for sometime for a particular item with no success, I visited the Worcester branch of Go Outdoors. I was assisted by a very helpful sales person (Nicola) who went out of her way to find me exactly what I wanted. All credit to the store and their team.

Very helpful staff Liv & Shirley tried to find a brand & product that worked for me. The Brasher cargo pants would have been ideal if the cut & size were closer to what I need. I'll look online to pick another brand/product for click & collect at the store.

I would like to give recognition to the wonderful customer service i recieved from a customer assistant in worcester city store who,s name is nicola.She went above and behond to help me choose and advise me on a pair of walking shoes which i went on to buy from the store.I have neuropothy in my feet due to past cancer treatment these shoes are comfortable for me i have just joined an hiking group.Thankyou nicola.

On my home , I was lucky to bump into Nicola, @ Worcester bus depot , she was so pleasant , & told me she worked for Go outdoors in Worcester .
I told her I needed a packable jacket , she advised me what was available in her store , even where they were located .
I went in there today , Nicola made me feel so welcomed , & promptly set about helping me to select a suitable jacket .
I was so impressed with her willingness to help me , I will certainly be going there regularly .

I was served by shirley@worcester 2592 and she was wonderful, told me all about berghaus's repair warranty and about refund and exchange policy, also spoke about other products and she was so sweet and friendly, would go again she's brilliant
