Mell was really professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Started by asking what type of walking I was going to be doing and what budget I had in mind for a pair of new walking boots. She talked me through some options and I tried on a few different boots. Have used them on holiday and found them really comfortable.

Mel was really helpful when trying chose walking boots. She was great at recommending boots for stability and terrain we were going to be hiking on. She was happy to help with getting sizes suggesting shoes and how to put them to the test in store.
Overall she was amazing and friendly.

First familly camping trip...
Visited the store to buy camping gear for our first family camping trip. The staff was super helpful, listened attentively, and gave great advice based on our needs. Fantastic customer service.

Great, friendly staff
I'm going camping for the first time in ten years this year and so I had a fair few things to get. All the staff at the Wolves branch were attentive, friendly and helpful- Jess and Denton were a big help but I didn't get the names of the others that helped too unfortunately.

Mellissa was wonderful
Went in to look at tents and walking boots. Mellissa was so helpful and knowledgeable in the shoe section. She was also very enthusiastic and it was clear how much she cares for customers. I overheard her recognise a customer from the day before and remember their request

Order placed 27 July and still not received. Finally received order after I complained. They said down to technical issues to why no updates where order was. Byt was at store the whole time
