Great service from Nikki
Nikki spent lots of time with us and helped us choose some walking boots. Nothing too much trouble and used her own personal experienced re brands. We only popped in to take a parcel back and ended up £150 lighter! Thanks Nikki...you are a credit to the company...nice to speak to someone who knows what there are talking about.

Great Customer Service
We went to buy a pair of walking shoes for my husband today at GO Outdoors. Great selection of shoes and Danny who was working in the shoe department was so helpful. He wasn’t pushy, was there when we needed him and when was asked about the shoes we selected gave good feedback. Great customer service!

Good quality goods at a reasonable price and whilst the staff are friendly and helpful they can be a bit hard to find perhaps a few more staff is what is needed?
