Grate customer service
I had a great experience at the Scunthorpe branch. Jane served me while I was buying a Rab duck feathered puffer jacket. I had a few questions about how to wash it properly, as I’d ruined a previous one, and she was incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain the best washing procedure and which products to use, and really couldn’t do enough to help. Excellent customer service—thank you, Jane!

Visited Go Outdoors in Scunthorpe . Trying on jackets there can be quite tricky due to the security measures .
We were served by Carol who made the process so much easier than last time , stayed with us while a number of jackets were tried on and offered suggestions as to what else we might like / prefer / what could save us money . In the end we bought more than we came in for and left very happy . Carol really did go above and beyond to help us get what we needed . It was great to experience such thoughtful customer service .

Well worth a visit
I use the Scunthorpe branch of Go Outdoors regularly even though it’s 35 miles away purely because it has a lot of stock and all the staff are helpful, the past couple of times has been for walking kit( boots and shoes and sticks) I’ve dealt with Paul the past couple of times and he has been great.
He spends a lot of time with you giving sound advice. Full of knowledge and a good sense of humour.
It does the trick as we keep going back 👍
