Excellent Customer Service
After my trusty Paramo walking jacket gave up the ghost, I decided on a new walking jacket and visited Go Outdoors to source a new one.
The customer service at the Hathersage branch was excellent. The two members of staff were extremely helpful in directing me to suitable options. I knew what I wanted and was keen to try on the options. Whilst the range at Hathersage is limited, I bought a new Berghaus jacket which is just what I wanted. No sales pressure at all and they confirmed the Berghaus guarantees as well as their own and the icing on the cake…. In addition to my Go Outdoors discount, they price matched against internet prices. Another happy customer. Thank you!

Great service in Hathersage
Superh helpful and friendly staff. Absolute Aladdin's cave of a shop. Only been in a few times when we have been on holiday but every time the staff have been so helpful. Perfect example of how a shop should be. Thank you all at Go Outdoors Hathersage.

Great customer service
Had a great experience visiting the Hathersage Go Outdoors. Great customer service from both Sarah and Jon. Sarah helped us pick out some hiking boots, and was very polite and patient as we were making our choices. Jon ensured everything was correct as we were checking out - also very polite.

Jon was awesome fitting boots
Jon did an “emergency” boot fitting for a gold dofe participant. He was very patient and knowledgeable, came up with a solution to a complicated fitting, and the participant completed 3 more days on expedition. Thank you.
