Great ordering online and return experience
It was my first experience with Go Outdoors. It was a great experience ordering online. When a faulty package arrived I contacted the Edinburgh store for a return and replacement.
A very attentive customer service agent prepared a replacement item. I collected it today from a very friendly and helpful staff attendant. Shannah went the extra mile to get the refund and replacement item to me.
Great service and staff. Will definitely be back again.

Having investigated your order, I can confirm that it has unfortunately been deemed lost in transit by our delivery partner. As a result, a full refund has now been processed for the order. Please allow a 3-5 working days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing timescales.
I appreciate how disappointing and frustrating this must be, particularly as you were expecting your order to be ready for collection and had not received an update from us.

Great wee shop

The overall shop itself was nicely organised, clean and tidy. I used the changing rooms and they were very clean and comfortable.

Was looking for 2 camping chairs and appeared to only be the one on display left. Julia was having none of that and checked all the stock on the floor then all the displays and we had accepted that we would nt get them and carried on with our shopping. Julia never gave up she searched through the back and she came back with 2 chairs just before we left the shop. Well done Julia, some people would just say "no sorry there's none left". But not her, well done Julia. And Thank you very much.

Super service
Ordered two camping chairs online. Very easy and prompt response. Easy pick up in store and two very friendly and chatty ladies to help us. Great service. Chairs are top notch. Am thinking of buying more as both daughters mega impressed.
