GO Outdoors - Cheltenham (Express) Reviews

Walked in the store and was greeted by Becks on the door who pointed me towards some great deals throughout the store. Was served by Luke on the tills who made sure I got the very best prices using my Discount card and Scouting discount. Very kind staff and great offers.

Very good customer service from Luke today. She was friendly and answered all my questions.

I went in to the Cheltenham branch today to buy trainers and a jacket and had excellent service from both Andy and Luke, they are a credit to the store.

Andy helped me choose some walking shoes. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable and went out of his way to source a suitable pair that would suit my needs. Luke was on the till and was friendly, efficient and made the experience of shopping at Go Outdoors a pleasurable experience. Would highly recommend.

Spoke with a member of staff called "Luke". Very friendly and knowledgeable, great customer service, will shop there again.

Super helpful staff and a good selection of products. Luke served us and helped us understand the range available.

Visited the Cheltenham store twice in the same day. First visit to look at rucksacks, then second visit to make purchases. On first visit, conversed with Ollie who was actually sorting some stock in the area where I was looking. Ollie was helpful, chatty and knowledgeable. Advised him that I would pop back later. On second visit, was greeted by Luke who again was helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to ask questions and get answers that helped me make my decision. Both Ollie and Luke looked enthusiastic and more than happy to help. Keep up the good work:)

Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable

Extremely good customer service received from Luke. Answered all our questions and was very friendly, chatty and had a good sense of humour, in a very professional way. We would return to this store, for the service we received from Luke, alone.

Thank you to Neil for his help in making my purchase. He made the experience easy with his knowledgable guidance. Also to Morgan for being so pleasant.

Oliver helped me select a new waterproof, explaining the options and price points and pros and cons of each choice. I was happy that my purchase will meet my needs and enjoyed my shopping experience.

We went in today to get DoE gear for my daughter and the member of staff called Neil was exceptional! He was sooo helpful! Made sure we had everything we needed and gave us so much useful advice. He really is fantastic! If you need DoE advice, Neil is your man! Will happily return for anything outdoors we need and see Neil. Top guy, top service!!

I phoned in the morning and asked 'Leah' if she could look on the shop floor for a couole of items - she happily did this - put the items aside for me and was very friendly and helpful when I called into the store to collect/buy them

Benjamin was very helpful and his previous experience of Duke of Edinburgh was invaluable.
Thanks

Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting our walking shoe

Well-stocked shop and I bought everything I needed for my daughter’s DofE. Saved over £100 with membership and discounts, so very happy! Morgan was really helpful and friendly.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Full of information and mindful of budgets. Easy to talk to and full of helpful tips.

Great selection at store. Looked for a couple of things one does not find easily and got what I wanted. Really happy with what I bought, which I think will serve me for many years to come. I bought trousers, great backpack going at a really good price, multitool and a couple of minor bits, and through membership made an extraordinary saving. The staff were helpful without being obtrusive, and the girl at checkout was great. Altogether a happy experience. I will be back when I need more!

Very helpful and patient sales assistant, Benjamin. Knowledgeable about the products and guided us towards what was most suitable for our walking holiday.
