Amazing customer service from carter helped me and my friends get the perfect fishing gear for starters! Solid lad as well very friendly and took his time to make sure we understood what was needed to be done and even gave us locations to find the best fish!

Every time I go in, Carter always takes the time to help me and my mates find the right fishing gear. Genuinely one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and knows his stuff inside out. The rest of the staff are excellent as well - really helpful and top customer service every time.

Diving boots
Went in for a browse, saw diving boots. Unfortunately the size I needed weren't there. Didn't think there would be any in store, but asked anyway.
Saw Adam & he said that all sizes would be out, but he'd take a look just in case. He found a pallet of said boots on shop floor & found size I was looking for.
Checked with me if they were ok & if I needed anything else.

Excellent service in boot section
We had a family trip to the boot section of the Cardiff store this morning and were helped brilliantly by Morgan T and purchased one set of male adult boots and will be ordering two more sets for two adult females online as the sizes weren't in stock but satisfied the products would match our needs. Morgan was attentive and helpful without overcrowding ! And coped with two small dogs under his feet!
