Five Star service from Sam
Sam in the Newtownabbey store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with cycling queries and changed the inner tube of my tyre for my bicycle and directed me to the correct size of inner tube and puncture repair kit to take with me on my travels as a spare.

Gas BBQ pur
I went in to buy a gas bbq and I haven't used one for years. Becky Cherry and Adam Ferris showed me all the bbqs and were very patient and knowledgeable answering my questions.
They also carried everything to the car for me.
