Another fantastic experience at the store with the knowledgeable staff. I was looking for some DOFE items for my daughter and Frankie was incredibly helpful. I’ll definitely be back! !!

I like GO and their products. My problem is with the SHOP app which, for me, failed to properly communicate, failed to give adequate notice of a delivery the first time when I couldn’t return home in time and on the second delivery they gave no notice at all. They need to review Amazon’s performance.

Amazing costumer service

Stan assisted and advised us today and we couldn’t have wished for better advice or a better advisor. My 12 year old grandson was looking for a rucksack to do his Duke of Edinburgh. Stan was excellent as he’d completed his bronze and silver DoE and was from his experience, able to offer pertinent adobe. He was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable and was a pleasure deal with. We joined as members and will definitely shop there again.

We were served by Nuriye today, who was fantastic, her experience meant our shop was made easier, she gave us lots of different options, explaining what they all did and the difference between them, it meant we left with everything we needed. Fantastic member of staff..

Lynda in footwear was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The young lad that served us couldn't do enough for us we travelled from.west sussex to bassingstoke to pick up 2 moon chairs he was very patent with temperamental voucher cards nothing was too much for him wedont know his name but clerk or assistant number is 030 thank you 😊 for delightful transaction were happy very happy with purchase I must say its worth the travel this go outdoors is huge makes horsham look like corner shop 😀 once again thank you 😊

Nuriye was so helpful today when I needed assistance looking for and choosing waterproof trousers. I will be back as need to buy other stuff as new to walking and will be looking for Nuriye's advice and assistance.

Live in Footwear was really helpful in helping us try different shoes until we found the right ones

Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. Sarah in Footwear (usually on horses) was so knowledgable and so patient - I learned so much in an hour or so with her, and wasn't even the primary customer. My sister had gone in for some new walking shoes, but I took the opportunity to ask a lot of questions, too, and the next time I need similar, will be going to GoOutdoors to seek out Sarah.

Amber was super helpful - had to buy for trip to Norway and needed a fair bit of advice

Sophie assisted my son in finding suitable walking boots for Duke of Edinburgh. She was patient, very knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of options. She clearly knew the questions to ask to ensure my son was choosing the correct boot. She was super friendly and a breath of fresh air for a young person.

Sophie assisted me in buying some new boots today. Very knowledgeable, attentive, and had a very good way of engaging with customers in a busy store. She had a number of customers to manage, and she juggled us all while ensuring that our needs were met. Well done!

I received excellent service at Go Outdoors Basingstoke today. I had reserved a MTB the day before and went in to collect today. The bike was expertly set up by Terry and was ready to ride. I was served by Paul on the till and he dealt with getting a discount using a Go Outdoors card. Excellent. Very happy with the bike.

The staff at the Basingstoke shop was excellent.

Staff very positive and helpful however i found the online web ordering process hard to navigate and delivery updates on when it would be ready to pick up poor.
