No nonsense, helpful staff with great knowledge
Was on the lookout for a sturdy, no nonsense stove and the store manager was absolutely fantastic. No sales chatter, just genuinely great knowledge of the products available and no pressure to buy the most expensive. Was very impressed, super friendly and down to earth guy. Thank you!

Ordered bike early wed morning still hasn't arrived now Sunday the following week!
No updates no tracking!
Phoned courier company who have passed on to a third party! Without telling me!
Phoned them who said on the island Friday no communication?
Phoned gooutdoors customer service waiting 30mins didn't know anything about third company!
Was going to look into it. said if they can phone me back as fed up waiting No call!
Got email saying courier not answering phone!
No follow up next day!
Great service!!!!
Don't know why I'm bothering writing this nothing is going to happen!!!
Just hope I'm happy with the bike and no damage!!!

The driveaway awning I bought was…
The driveaway awning I bought was faulty. I couldn't use it and it spoilt my holiday weekend.
Staff were understanding and I got a full refund which was good.

I forgot my Garmin cable on holiday. I tried to buy and collect it at Go Outdoors Alnwick. Unluckily it did not arrive in time and I had to travel further. The staff was very helpful in cancelling my order.
