Many platforms like Google pay and CRED are promoting SCAMs and Fraud merchant sites like Zop, Heganwalk through it's reward points program. Never place any order using reward points and coupons as they will never deliver product or refund your money and pathetic customer service at CRED or Google pay will tell contact merchant but there will no reply from merchant. So best is never to use CRED or Google pay or atleast never order using their reward coupons.

miserable customre service .... arrogant and rude reps..they just disconnect the call... and guess what they dont any timelines.... it is most pathertic customer service in the entire world..trust me... no doubt you dont see the reviews for their customer service anywhere when you google... you can only find them in sites like this.... i have been made to wait since 22nov and today it is 4th dec... no call backs, only one generic copy paste email for every issue

I've been trying to cancel amazon prime for weeks when you try in your amazon account it directs you to Google pay and when I try on their app it's saying I have no subscriptions so I can't cancel but their still taking £8.99 from my PayPal account it's so frustrating can't find anyway of contacting their customer service there's only the online system and no option for what I need which is to actually talk to someone. Has anyone else had this problem and actually resolved it cause I, d love to know how.

Soon as you unlock your phone, GP presents your card for payment.
There should be another level so you enter second pin.
That way letting your mate make a phone call or the guy doing a service on your phone cannot lead to 'unkown' transactions.

Not replying back to my email. Waiting for a refund that was taken without any warning.

Imagine having over 25% price for currency swap... so for example instead of paying 15$ I have to pay 20$. And I can't even change currency :/
It just feels like being scammed. Thieves

Google stole my money too I have enough screen shots 4 duplicated transaction they promising me refund since January till now only stories no money.
I managed to get help from federal trade commission

I made three transactions (in person) on Sat 23rd Oct and ALL three were DUPLICATED!!!!!! Google has abysmal customer service; I was HUNG UP ON (TWICE)
I'm completely done with this service, THANKS FOR NOTHING, I will be taking this further!!!!!

Most of time , my money get stuck with Google pay... Very irritating app. Don't use it. Try phonepay instead of it if you are an Indian.

Keep your sanity and your bank account safe and stay away from Google Pay, it's all fun and life is good until something goes wrong, then you won't find anyone to help you, all you get is a useless Google Pay Help page, full of links to articles that may not even be related to your issue...

If an unauthorized purchase were made in your account, or in my case if Google Pay took money from your account to verify your credit card and didn't return them, you can kiss your money goodbye, because no one will help you, GOOGLE PAY DOES NOT HAVE A CONTACT FORM OR ANY SIMULAR METHOD TO CONTACT FOR HELP!...

I am warning you, i don't want you to be in this frustrating situation i'm in, unless if they fixed their customer support and added a contact form as they should, stay away from Google Pay!

Do not attempt to set up Google Pay, as it is impossible to do so.They state that set up is fast and easy, but it is onerous, frustrating and downright impossible. My credit card could not be verified, despite me ringing my provider who confirmed everything was ok at their end. Using the Google Pay chat facility is like being in the movie "Groundhog Day" they just do not listen or make any attempt to help. DO NOT USE GOOGLE PAY life is too short.

IT can be improved if it adds revoke/dispute option in the payments....
