The service I received today at the Goodyear on Bladensburg Road NE in Washington, DC was exceptional. Dwayne provided outstanding customer care from start to finish.
I initially called to confirm the tire size on my truck, which I originally purchased from this location about two years ago, as I was considering getting replacement tires from the Chevy dealership on highway 210 in Maryland. However, after speaking with Dwayne and receiving a quote for the same tires I previously purchased, my plans changed immediately.
Dwayne was patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me. He took the time to research the information I needed, called me back promptly, and kept me informed throughout the process. That level of communication and professionalism speaks volumes about his customer service skills. Even with the location’s busy schedule, he never appeared irritated or rushed, even when I had to call him back multiple times.
When I arrived, I did not have a long wait because the tires had already been ordered earlier that morning. Dwayne continued to keep me updated and assured me that my truck would be taken care of with great attention and care.
