No delay on reaching the agent: agent was pleasant and knowledgeable and completed my purchase, up to and including my payment, efficiently and speedily. i received the paperwork and several other bits of information with very little delay thereafter. Price for what I required also very good

Over the years that I have been travelling I have always used Goodtogo insurance cover.I tend to go online and then update my previous cover plan as necessary.

If I have to ring for advice on occasions I have found the staff very helpful and courteous. I see no need search out further quotes as I have always found my cover very competitive.

Easy to get an online quote. With a few different options of cover Have a few medical things to declare but still came out the cheapest. Like the option to have your documents posted out to you

This company employs what the FCA calls "sludge practices", putting huge barriers in the way of allowing you to cancel a policy and trying to auto-renew at prices up almost 100% on the previous year. Prior to travelling abroad I had extreme difficulty getting the policy document from them and I can see from this site that those who have made claims have found it equally hard to deal with. Wholly unacceptable customer service. I would strongly caution against using this company.

Easier to work through than what I expected with the health questions

Tried to use your service whilst in Turkey and being told that the you did not cover the costs of that company, I had to negotiate the price being charged down from £800 to £330 just so I was able to leave the hospital I was in.
Then about 3 or 4 weeks ago I received a quote for next year that included an increase of 30 to 35% which I find absolutely abhorrent.
With all the above in mind I will be looking elsewhere for my travel insurance in future and if asked by friends or acquaintances I would not recommend Godtogoinsurance at anytime now or in the future.
