I have ordered all my business cards from Goodprint for many years. They are totally reliable, professional, and efficient. In all the years that I have used their services there has only been one occasion when and error occurred in their printing and that was corrected with out quibble or delay,

Got there in the end
I have used goodprint previously and wanted to re-order..
There website was not allowing you to make payment from my home pc, work or off my phone .
I phoned goodprint to explain and and was told there site was fine and try again which i did several times .
I phoned again explaining but payment could not be made over the phone apparently ????????
I looked on several other business card printing sites but was unable to find a card the same as my previous one or i would have took my business elsewhere .
I phoned goodprint for a third time then explaining the situation again and did they want my business or not ?? the guy was very helpful and said he would go and speak to the MD couple of minuites later he said they could take payment and my card details given finally .
It was a long drawn out time consuming situation what i could have done without , i have since had problems with there site and paying so just go elsewhere now, i really havent the time to keep ringing and wasting my time trying to pay , which is a shame because there products are very good quality and delivery fast

DPD let them down considerably
Though the cards were good, I ordered them for next day delivery and they took 5 days to be delivered. Not happy. Despite calls to Goodprint and having to chase 3 times, communication and customer service was poor from both Goodprint and DPD. I was also not informed when the package had been delivered to the drop off point causing a further delay. Though I will probably use Goodprint again for their normal 7 day delivery, I would not recommend ordering fast turnaround.

Your order was placed on 30th July and delivery was taking place on 31st July as per express delivery but you changed the delivery type to be dropped off at a collection point which DPD have to change and re-label to be able to do that so it had to go back to the depot to be re-labelled for delivery to your requested drop off point which would normally be next day but as it was a Friday the next working day was Monday which is when the item was sent to the drop off point and collected. We did contact DPD for you on the day you called to chase the order and also tracked it through their site to be able to get this information. Had DPD been able to deliver to the original address it would have been with you on Friday 31st as scheduled but you requested to change the delivery address to a drop off point so there would have been nothing we or DPD could do to change that. I do apologise about that.

Mine was a repeat order for business cards. They came promptly and the slight production problem was resolved extremely quickly and satisfactorily.

My cards arrived within 48 hours and I was able to apply an excellent discount when I bought them meaning I am a very happy customer. I've used goodprint for years now and have always been extremely happy with the quality and service I receive!

Good quality, good service
I ordered cards twice now.
The first batch arrived fast and impressed by quality.
The second batch did not arrive after 2 weeks. It took only an email to solve the problem. A new batch was sent by express delivery and arrived 2 days after i contacted.
