Have disappeared with my money
I placed a £129 order on 18 March on the basis that the website says your order should be received the next day if ordered by 3pm. The money came out of my account straight away but I have not received anything. No communication, no response to my 3 chaser emails and no one is answering the phone. I understand the current situation may mean deliveries are delayed but it is unacceptable to simply vanish with customers’ money.
UPDATE 7/4/20: order received today (20 days after it was placed) to the WRONG ADDRESS. Sent to the billing address (me) instead of the delivery address (my mother). My mother lives 100 miles away from me and I cannot deliver it under the current lockdown anyway. However, the contact us link does not work on the website, no one is answering the phone and my last 3 email messages have been ignored so I cannot do anything about it. A great waste of time and money.

Over a week later I am still waiting on my order and I haven't heard anything. Not pleased, even an email to explain stock issues which I understand is to be expected in this current climate would of been appreciated.

I can’t give any stars as I haven’t received my order. I thought the delay was due to the current situation but it would seem it has somehow gone astray. I did not receive any notification of delivery so if it was sent out I wasn’t made aware.

Money taken, no delivery, no response
I ordered £56 on 20th March, they sent one acknowledgement that day and took my payment from Paypal. Since then I haven't received my order, and no response to my 3 emails. It's now 27th March and still no news. Anyone else having trouble?

I did my first order and it will be my last. All I got was an email from PayPal saying I had paid. I didn’t receive a confirmation order from the company. I have emailed several times with no reply. I have no idea if I’ll get any products or if I’ll ever see my money again. Being unemployed I badly need it back if I won’t get any food for it. Never again using GoodnessDirect!
