Buying on-line was easy,(important for one who isn't as tech-savvy as some people). Delivery was delivered by Royal Mail Parcel Force which definitely was a plus for me, since I don't want deliveries left on my doorstep for all to see and to potentially take. Then, to top it all the products I bought were as described, beautifully made and well-packaged. I strongly recommend this company and I'll happily use them again.
