Great course and layout. One negative aspect is the constant added background music to the speaker/lecturer. There is no need for music in the back. It gets very tiring after a while and actually slow... See more

Back for my third course and waiting for them to release another that is high on my list: inexpensive, convenient, and a quality product. No need to settle for "pick any two"
Wasn't sure if I should do in-class training or self paced. Looking back, I don't know why it was a question for me. The ITIL v4 training from Good e-Learning was organized in a way that I could focus on my weak points and the quizzes within the modules where a great recap. I took the mock exam a couple times and research my answers... presto whamo, I passed the exam.
Find the combination of videos and visuals helpful.
The training material is well defined and easy to follow. The only issue I identified is that the images are not always very crisp (out of focus). At times the text is also somewhat unclear.
At 49 years old it is the 1st time I have educated myself outside of an employer since I left school. The courses Good e-Learning provide are industry recognised and approved. Not to mention I have seen both the courses I purchased going for at least x3 times more than I paid Good e-Learning. The staff are extremely helpful and informative, the sales manager that I dealt with was very down to earth and I'm glad to say each time I called in I spoke to him so there was continuity there too, as well as being known by someone when I called in. So I never felt like I was a number or a commodity. Additionally they have a chat window function when you are on their website in the event you need to chat to someone whilst your are online although I never used this facility.
I have already dropped their name to friends of mine and I know that more work colleages may need to look at updating their skill set too within the next few months and this is where I shall send them for any self driven qualifications.
If you pass this gem of a site/company you are only cheating yourself.
Excellent course content and video quality.
My course has its quirks:
- the demo was so bad I almost didn't purchase but I decided to take a gamble. The Quiz module failed you because it only gave you half the quiz.
- Tons of spelling errors, missing words, incorrect words, incorrect labels, inconsistency between the speech.
- The slides are clunky.
- No cutting & pasting off slides is infuriating for notes.
- The assets are slow to load or don't sometimes. one was likely out of order.
- The ask an expert is incredibly slow.
- little discussion of the exam itself (so far)
BUT
It is still understandable and valuable. I am confident Good E-Learning is providing an education that will enable me to pass. None of the quirks are complete deal breakers for me BECAUSE of the price. If it was $1,500+ it needs to be perfect. Likely a different platform, even.
Gaining a solid understanding of a topic at the price point I was given was definitely worth it. I will do it again.
edit: Good e-Learning is correct. The Expert Answer was amazing and it is very understandable why it took awhile. The answer was very comprehensive and significant energy was put into making sure the question was answered completely.

A good value-for-money training package, and the sales manager contacted me afterwards with a discount on future courses.
Great online learning portal. Great capability to study and referring to the training content after the course. The process for the following assessment was manual but worked out at the end with support cases from their very responsive team.
I was very disappointed by the response that I received from the service desk representative to my report that the learning module would not load in Chrome. After receiving a screen shot of what I was receiving, her only response was,"Unfortunately, i was unable to replicate it. The module is launching successfully for me under your account name (i was using Chrome as well). " the solution was to basically try again. I had already done that numerous times, with no success, and tried different browsers as well. I was finally able to access the module by trying Explorer (yet again). I still have no idea as to why the module would not work in Chrome. In other words, the service desk provided no service, indeed, no assistance at all.
course content was good and up to the mark.
We should have more features like how to get voucher , invoices and other customer specific self service feature to avoid unnecessary sending support mail and waiting for response.
Very easy nevigation for registration. Course content is clear and customer support is amazing. Will recommend to my friends.
