From day one Shavahn was great! Millie and I needed help planning a retirement celebration for our sister from another mother and Shavahn & Gone Again Vacations did their thing!!!

We all so appreciated her expertise, kindness, knowledge and the extra mile she went to ensure all was perfect for our celebration in Punta Cana, DR.

Shavahn’s patience tolerance is a 10+ cause I know I was a pain!!🤣🤣 Her response time to any questions and/or inquiries was immediate.

I will definitely be referring Shavahn and Gone Again Vacations to all my family and friends!!❤️

Communication was quick and transparent. I received all the help and information that I needed for my trip. Everything was very organized as well, no complaints from my end whatsoever.

I cannot say enough good things about Mrs. Shavahn Ford and the incredible experience she created for me and my husband, Byron Holly, for our recent destination wedding in Costa Mujeres, MX. From the very beginning, Shavahn was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went off without a hitch.

She coordinated our lodging, airfare, and ground transportation seamlessly, ensuring every detail was handled with care. Planning a wedding can be stressful, especially one in another country, but Shavahn made the entire process smooth and worry-free. Thanks to her, we and our guests were able to fully enjoy the beautiful Majestic Elegance-Costa Mujeres resort without a single travel concern.

Girls trip 2024 was awesome all thanks to Shavahn!! From the beginning in giving options on destinations...time leading up with the friendly payment reminders...to checking on us during the trip and afterwards. She is the best and look forward to booking Girls trip 2025 soon!!

What made our experience great with booking our 20th wedding anniversary trip to Sandals Grenada, with Shavahn from gone again vacation is the attention to details from the beginning and after our trip. Shavahn listened to our wants and needs( insurance coverage) and sent reminders of any changes ( flight times). She ensured that we realized our flight seats were not together and we were able to change it. Then she checked in on us during and after our trip.

Shavahn (Gone Again Vacations) did it again. We enjoyed our 7 day cruise with framily. Already looking forward to our next vacay already. Shavahn booked our transfer, informed us of prepaid gratuities and sent a few special treats to our state room…Glad to be gone again!!!!

I so appreciated the ongoing and thorough communication that was offered pre/during/and post vacation. It made planning on my end (client) smooth and low stress. Any glitches that occurred (and they always do, no matter what!), were immediately addressed and problem solving went into high mode!

Shavahn did a wonderful job setting up a 68 person cruise! Carnival Mardi Gras ship was amazing! We had more than enough fun on this cruise and loved all the gifts that Shavahn provided us. I most definitely will be booking all my future vacations with her!!! Thank you for a great cruise...
