Worst customer service ever !

Worst customer service ever !! :-//
I think that in 20 years of shopping on the internet ... I have never encountered such a lousy customer service! Amateurs .. dishonest .. I did not think that in 2024 this still existed! The prehistory of customer service... no response despite reminders .. or irrelevant answers ... An administrative investigation should be launched against this organized online scam!!! To be avoided! PS: I should have read the other reviews before buying .. only negative!!
