I’ve had multiple negative interactions with Cindy, and unfortunately, this has made my experience with the clinic extremely disappointing. On two occasions, I’ve been unable to speak directly with my vet when I had urgent questions about the health of my very ill cat. Cindy gate-keeps communication, either sending me to an unanswered voicemail or putting me on an endless hold cycle. Her lack of responsiveness, combined with unhelpful, disrespectful, and aggressively rude behavior, has made a stressful situation even worse. It's disheartening to deal with someone who is both unresponsive and hostile when you’re trying to ensure your pet’s well-being.
As a pet parent who has spent thousands of dollars at Golf Rose Animal Hospital, I expect a much higher level of care and professionalism. I would strongly advise other pet owners to look elsewhere if you want your questions answered, prescriptions filled, and respectful, attentive post-appointment care.
