I'm sorry there were delays with your order, having dispatched your order to the address you gave us you then contacted us to tell us this was your old address. We managed to get the order redirected to your new address as requested and yes there were some delays which were resolved.
To date the goods have not been returned to us, as soon as they arrive they will be processed and refunded within our usual 24 hours.
I am sorry we have declined your previous suggestion of a 25% refund for your "time" and opinions.

Great customer service. I ordered a golf top online and immediately realised I had ordered the wrong size. I telephoned their customer service number and a very helpful member of staff altered the size on the order then and there. Two days later the top arrived in the correct size. This is my third purchase from Golf Garb. Previous returns I have made have been refunded. This is a real company with real people who offer great service.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Ordered golf boots which were too tight, sent them back in exchange for a larger size and I had my new boots within a week of ordering the 1st pair. Would highly recommend this company.

Surpassed themselves
I've used this company before and always had good service but this time they surpassed themselves. I ordered on Thursday and received the parcel on Saturday. I ordered a couple of polo shirts and they fit perfectly, are a good make so I'm delighted. I like the website and find it easy to navigate. Will definitely be looking here first when I next need golf clothes.

US buyers be aware. They are based in UK and you will have to return to UK. So unless you are extremely sure about your purchase, don't buy from them and look for US sellers.

Thank you for your purchase from us. The jacket you purchased was discounted by 40% which would not happen with current years products nor did we at any point suggest it was current seasons product. You also benefitted from not paying any US taxes so enjoyed a further 20% discount. You benefited from free delivery in just 5 days from the UK to US.
Our domain name is suffixed with .co.UK which indicates as business based in the UK and all the information we provide.
As has been offered should you wish to return the jacket please do so for a full refund otherwise please do enjoy your new jacket at the bargain price you paid.
