Poor service
Poor service and advertised discount after I renewed for nearly half the price.

To clarify, like many companies, we offer an introductory discount for new customers, which you likely benefited from when you first joined us. However, this discount is only available for the first year, and once your policy renews, it will revert to the standard pricing. Our underwriters provide this discount exclusively for new members, which is why the price changes at renewal.
Your renewal quote of £40.06 is the premium you paid for your 2025-2026 renewal. I can see a member of team has attempted to contact you regarding this year's renewal.
If customers are not happy with the renewal price, we can certainly look into any discounts that may be available when they get in touch. Once again, I apologize for any frustration you’ve experienced. We always aim to assist our customers to the best of our ability, and I’ll be sure to share your feedback with the relevant team.
