To clarify, like many companies, we offer an introductory discount for new customers, which you likely benefited from when you first joined us. However, this discount is only available for the first year, and once your policy renews, it will revert to the standard pricing. Our underwriters provide this discount exclusively for new members, which is why the price changes at renewal.
If customers are not happy with the renewal price, we can certainly look into any discounts that may be available when they get in touch. We do issue a renewal notice 28 days before the renewal date. We always aim to assist our customers to the best of our ability, and I’ll be sure to share your feedback with the relevant team.

No loyalty to existing customers
Been with these a few years now, had one claim rejected so never actually had anything back from them but premiums keep increasing, whereas if I was a new customer premiums are cheaper. No loyalty towards existing customers at all.
