Can't beat it.
I cannot recommend Golfbidder highly enough. The trial period is so useful for having a proper test of the used clubs you are buying and there is never any fuss when returning. Also marrying up part exchanges after the purchase works really smoothly. I have reached the point where almost my entire bag consists of clubs bought at Golfbidder - everything but my putter and that's cos I love my putter and don't need to change it!

I am very sorry that you were unhappy that we couldn't buy your G15 driver. Our inspection team spotted what looked like paint or glue on the crown of the club and it does look like some marks have been covered over.
The club has been returned to you, free of charge. I hope you're able to offload it elsewhere.

No head cover on new club
I've bought many clubs there always with a good experience. But yesterday I got a brand new club with missing head cover. I asked and they said that if the head cover is not on the photo, it's not included. Even for a brand new club. I found, and find, this a very strange way and since I already tried the club, I cannot return it and have to get a head cover somewhere else.
Yes, it is true that Golfbidder offered to contribute (about half my cost) for a replacement club cover. My point is that as a customer buying a brand new club, I expect the cover to be there.

Be careful
I liked the promptness of the quotation and mannerisms shown on phone. However, I didn’t like them reducing about 15 percent of the valuation price upon receiving the goods. Although I sent the picture on condition of the goods. I had a better offer from other companies and had I known this before, I would choose the other company. So I suggest others to be careful.
