I am happy with my order. The only thing that would help is an email with the pictures of the coins I bought with the cost so I can identify what I buy easier when the time comes for me to sell. Then I could print out my order receipt emails and match them with the coins and bars I buy so I know what was what and at what prices and dates. They shipped the gold/silver relatively fast, and it arrived packaged well. When I ask them to store my gold/silver again, though, they said they didn't see my stack of 10 1 oz silver rounds. When I asked them about it, it took them 3 weeks to find it. I shipped my silver to them all in one box. They shouldn't have been able to misplace the 10 oz stack of silver if it all came in one box.
