I'm writing about my experience with the rocket league crate simulator as well as the customer support of this site:
First of all, the crate simulator works and for a small period of time I received a few keys for free.
BUT: Last weekend I was taken off the leaderboard without any reason. When I tried to get an answer in their 24/7 (!) livechat they kept me waiting for 3 hours without answering. Eventually I gave up and thought it was a bug on their website. But in the last couple of days I got ranked twice in the top 10 and both times they wouldn't give me any keys. The order status just says it was cancelled. After another cumulated 8 hours later in the 24/7 chat I finally realized that I wouldn't receive an answer from them. After my forth try with the chat I finally got blocked out completely. I would have been fine with a short message saying I won enough keys. But beeing kept in the dark and not getting any answer is just unacceptable. I think they are trying to convince people of ther trustworthiness with some free keys and after a while they'll just betray you. I would NEVER spend real money on that website!!!
Summary:
+ Crate simulator ranking works for a small period of time
- After a few wins they won't give you any more keys
- 24/7 live chat is just a huge lie - or even worse: They are just ignoring people.
- Legit order numbers are just beeing cancelled for no reason. And you're not told why.
Just be careful with that website!
Edit: I can definitely say that I never used any bots or other cheating methods. Otherwise I wouldn't have spent hours archieving those scores. That's quite a poor excuse and the fact stands that I didn't get any answers by your 24/7 chat for hours

As there were some players tried to use bots and did other cheatings on our crate simulator, to make a fair playing environment, we have to upgraded our system and updated our rules, so once our system realize the suspicious from one player, his/her opening rank would be removed from the leaderboard or we would refused to send the reward.
We do welcome to join our giveaway whithout using any bots or cheating softwares. Thanks for your understanding!

I have been waiting for 2 HOURS to recieve my free 5 keys and 5 crates and when i checked it said my order had been cancelled and i have been waiting for like 2 Hours in 24/7 live chat to be dealt with. Additionally on crate simulator i got taken off the leaderboard one of the worst websites i have used
