To add to my original review, i now give the proprietor of goldenroot365 a five star. It turned out the issues were not her fault and she has been very patient in trying to resolve them, while putting up with my accusation and complaints.
The issue was fully resolved, no thanks to the criminal highwaymen at Irish customs who not only didn't forward the goods, but they also failed to return to sender in good time and the goods were severely damaged upon return. This is not the first time i've had herbal and homeopathic goods stolen or damaged by Irish customs. What a criminal organisation they are. See below for my original review.
I think my suspicions were wrong about the supply company. Initially i had a problem contacting them as my parcel had not arrived (from UK to Ireland) after two weeks. However, i did eventually get a response and reasonable reasons as to why it took time to respond.
I contacted the corrupt Irish customs who were holding the parcel. They claim the parcel declaration form was not filled in properly. But i've had lots of other problems with them, so i believe the company owner when she said she was sure she filled it out properly. Also, i have since made an order for a similar product with a different company. The same problem has occurred, the company say say they labelled it properly and now the parcel is also in limbo at Irish customs. There is nothing illegal about the herbal supplements i ordered, but i know that there is an agenda to foil supplies from the UK, probably because Ireland is so heavily in bed with pharmaceutical companies. Of course, i have no evidence to prove that, but there is nearly always a problem with every herbal, homeopathic or alternative product i order from the UK. Well unless it's something from Amazon where the same rules don't seem to apply.
I phoned the customs highwaymen again today and they still have the parcel after a month. They say they will return it to sender, but that should not take a month unless it's the very slow boat to China.
I have increased my initial star rating, and if the parcel is ever returned and i get a refund, i will adjust my star rating and comments accordingly.
I know i'm not the only Irish resident having such problems with customs. Many UK small businesses have given up even trying to deliver goods here. It's beyond appalling that these highwaymen can get away with stealing peoples property. Also, historically i've had goods damaged by them and they have never been returned. Irish customs always blame the sender or UK postal services, but it has happened too many times to me and other customers for that to be the case.
So as it stands, i apologise to the supplier for my initial mistrust and i will revise my review if and when Irish customs return the goods to sender.

I have used this company for a long time and had no problems.
But Obviously they are taking money but not for filling orders placed. Tried contacting them several times by email and telephone but no response.
I’ve lost £100 and would hate for someone else to waste their money.

Well, after giving this company a glowing review 10 years ago they seemed to have fallen by the wayside, I ordered a product 3 weeks ago and not a sign of delivery nor any response from emails or online forms, phone just rings and rings so I warn people NOT to order from these guys as they are quick to take you're money via bank transfer without supply.. VERY disappointed and should be stopped before more people lose out.

I've been a customer for years never a problem always happy with the the service. But things have changed in the last few weeks after ordering 3 packs of Gold max and paying by bank transfer i only received one pack and despite numerous phone calls and emails i can't get a response by phone or mail looking like i need a new supplier.

Kept me harder than ever and made me last over 2 hours at a gangbang

buy this product if you have a problem they will correct it if you haven't they will enhance your performance.

Replay from the JoJoMedia Ltd T/As GoldenRoot365 "We did respond to you over Christmas and dealt with your return. We understand that all is now satisfactory" is not true at all. I send them two messages during the month but there is neither an answer till now nor any refund...
