When compared to other companies, Golden Insurance offered the best proposal for our age group. The staff members with whom my husband and I had telephone conversations, Scott and George, and another who assisted him this morning, were extremely helpful and understanding of our requirements. This was particularly reassuring because they were clearly of a much younger generation than ourselves.

The person I was talking to was pleasant informative and considerate of my wanting to know more in relation to your insurance policies terms and conditions. She spoke clearly to explain all in relation to my question. She was very helpful and patient whilst I gathered information to complete an application for acceptance. She performed great customer service and made me feel relaxed and comfortable which helped me to proceed with the policy coverage.

It was clear information. Also, the operator on the line talking with me, was helpful and cheerful, and seemed like a genuine salesperson, interested in their work and and in serving me with a beneficial policy.

Very friendly.. no pressure..Given time to digest all information.. if I didnot understand the question was repeated and explained..allover a enjoyable experience..

They accepted my request and my smoking and heart attacks strokes tia and diabetes no insurance company has cover for these illnesses

I set my policy up with Shaun? He was very well spoken I could hear and understand him very clearly. Expectations were set and met I have now accepted and put in place my granddaughters cover and im happy to say im now a client of Golden Insurance
