Excellent Service, Full Transparency, and True Ownership

I’ve had a very positive experience with GoldBroker from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process — from purchase to vaulting. What really sets them apart is that the gold is fully allocated and stored under my own name on an individual, segregated basis at a secure facility.

The documentation and storage certificates were provided promptly and clearly showed my personal ownership, which gave me peace of mind. The customer service team also followed up to make sure everything was properly confirmed — a level of attention that’s rare these days.

For anyone serious about holding physical precious metals securely outside the banking system, GoldBroker is a trustworthy and professional partner. I’ll definitely continue doing business with them in the future.

Supportive team and reassuring setup

As a first-time gold buyer, I really appreciated the support throughout. The team was helpful, quick to respond, and the process felt well structured.

What stood out to me is that there are no layers in between. I’m the direct owner of the gold, and the storage account is in my name. That gave me confidence. I also liked knowing I could collect directly from the vault if I ever chose to.

Pricing has been transparent from the beginning, both for buying and for the sell-back option. I haven’t gone through a resale yet, so I can’t speak to that part.

There is some paperwork at the start, so the setup takes a bit of time, but everything was handled clearly and professionally. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.

Thanks again to the team.

Fast and secure

I have been trading bullion at GoldBroker for three years, and am very happy about the service.
Special thanks to Maria and Nicolas for processing my orders in a timely manner.
My purchased bullion is physically stored under my name in an independent vault in Switzerland, which gives me a feeling of security.
I definitely recommend!

Last sale experience summarizes it all!

I have used Goldbroker for 1,5 year now and waited to post review until now. With the first (partial) sale now behind the belt, I am in a position to tell, that the full service is very good!
It can be tricky to invest in physical holdings remotely but these guys are handling it with professionalism.
Special mention to sales representatives. They are rapidly available to answer questions, escalate when necessary.

Very impressive experience

Very impressive experience, sad that I didn't know about this system when I started converting fiat money into real money in 2016. Norway has the weakest fiat money in Europe. My metal investments have maintained purchasing power and have done so since 2016. Sad that not more people know about this way of securing values in Norway. One is opposed by the banking system and the MSM media in Norway. Norway sold all its gold in 2004, Norway is the only country in Europe that does not have gold.

A rather complicated transaction

I have been in the middle of a rather complicated transaction with GoldBroker. Nothing of the complication had to do with GB or their systems, rather I live a life rather sequestered from the electronic world, especially in my current quarantined state. The GoldBroker assistant who walked me through this transaction always listened, and responded in a timely manner with solutions for my issues. I’m a fan.
