One of the best websites for online shopping ever! Items are so cute and affordable, customer service is great, and everything arrives quickly just as pictured/described. I buy pretty much all of my shoes from GoJane now and am so happy with them!

Go Up an ENTIRE SIZE trust me! I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. The shoe are beautiful very good quality, delivered in a timely manner with a requested signature. My only complaint is for my thigh high boots and fringe booties. I wear a 9 but went a size up to be on the safe side and they still fit exact. THESE SHOES ARE NOT FOR PLUS SIZE WOMEN. I’m 5’6 230lbs and my boots only zip up to my knees. I’m going to find me some inserts for these babies tho! FYI: All my extra weight is in my thighs, butt and hips. But I still LOVE all the shoes

Yes I received my order it was delivered next door I don’t like the dress do not get me wrong it a beautiful dress it just doesn’t fit my body type but I have & will be ordering from GoJane again and again

I love the selection and prices at GoJane. On this recent order, I was ecstatic to receive my purchase, however there was slight damage to my shoe. As for the return process, I’m somewhat taken aback by the process and have not experienced the complication of waiting to hear back from customer service before sending my shoes back. I’ve never had problems with returns from Nordstrom, Macy’s, DSW etc. In addiction, it was hard to reach customer service via phone, but I appreciate the email option.

Shipping cost is too high for the weight of them items purchased. How can it cost 40 usd for a few pairs of earrings?

If I didn’t already promise to give them away as gifts I would’ve canceled my order.

I was nervous my outfit wouldn’t come in time, but it arrived about 4 days early. I also was concerned it wouldn’t be stretchy enough since I have thick thighs, a butt and hips and I’m smaller in my waist and chest, but it fit like a glove! The material is nice and it looks the same in person.
