I ordered now 3 months ago and still didn‘t get anything. I contacted them and they told me it had been delivered 2 months ago and I should ask the local Post!!! I asked there and obviously they didn‘t have a package so now I‘m trying to get them to pay my money back. It‘s ridiculous that I have to run behind them to find MY package that I paid for. It‘s included in there service to deliver this package to me. Really bad site. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE

The company is terrible to deal with. My 14 year old daughter ordered jeans they are very low quality wrong size from the sizing chart. The website states they will offer a full refund but actually they send you in circles back and fourth with offering $5USD voucher to keep then back and fourth offers $8USD to keep. This is last email from company.......

Dear customer,
As the return shipping charge is high and need a very long time till we received.
Besides, the refund will only cover or part-cover the product price, not include the original shipping fee.
We sincerely suggest if you will consider again to keep the item.
As I see, the style you bought is really popular and cost-effective, maybe you can give it to a suitable friend/family as gift or transfer it to colleagues/neighbors.
Which would be perfect. Meanwhile, we would like to make up a $5 gift card for you in this case for our sorry. How do you think that?

This has been going on for over a month and no resolution. Do your self a favour don't order from them !!!!!

My daughter ordered 2 items of clothing from this so called company on an advertisement she found on Facebook. That was 2 months ago. No tracking number available and no sign of her order. There was a support email address that l contacted over a week ago and still no reply.
Very disappointing, Social Media sites need to vet the companies that they allow to advertise on their forums far more thoroughly. These scammers are becoming bolder and far more prolific.
