Made our first order from Gogo print for business cards and at first they are responsive. I uploaded my design and the sizing had to be changed to match their specifications so this took a couple of days because I had to get the design altered by the graphic designer who designed the business cards.

I had specifically asked for a delivery before 5th November and by the time I uploaded the correct copy, they said I had missed the deadline for that time frame (30th October) so told me I would have to pay extra money for precise delivery so guaranteed by 4th November at the latest.

Since then the communication has been ongoing mostly through email because their phone number doesn't work! to see where my order was.

They told me on the 5th November that the order should have come on the 4th but didn't and they weren't sure why! The courier (Qxpress) was equally unhelpful and all they said was that they would delivery as soon as possible. My boss wanted these cards for conferences overseas which she was leaving for early on the 6th November. Gogoprint assured me that they would arrive by the 5th November. They did not!

After paying extra money the delivery didn't arrive on time and actually to my knowledge, a driver for the courier company hasn't even collected them yet from the depot - it's now the 6th November!

Gogoprint are going to refund the extra cost we paid for rush delivery but if we want a full refund then when the cards eventually arrive, we will need to send them back!!

Absolutely disgraceful service and communication between the company and the courier. Wouldn't reccommend them or use them again.

Still have no delivery to date!

An easy to use and understand print on demand platform. The process is seamless and there’s a lot clear instructions to help users navigate the design submission portion. Been using Gogoprint for a couple of years and they’ve been gradually improving the UI. Good job!

Well, there were initial miscommunications regarding the card layout and formatting (done via email). Wanted to ring the team for clarifications, only to realise that there are some staff who work remotely and internationally.

The best part of going with Gogoprint would be the templates they made available for newbie like me was extremely useful because I wasn't sure if my artwork is suitable to print.
