Beat Buds Pro - CONSIDER CAREFULLY
I bought some Beat Buds Pro in February as I'd read a couple of good reports and wanted some good sounding ear Buds to use on my MTB going off road so I didn't risk my Jabras.
First surprise was the shipping cost making the £49 Buds £61. My fault for not reading correctly.
Lead time not bad.
First impressions were they were 'built to a cost' / cheap. 'No problem' if they sounded good.
Well, they work but in comparison to my Jabra 75t they are a world away. Looked at the returns policy and I'll end up with about £25-30 back if they accept them back!!!
I'll have to chalk this up to not trying to 'be cheap'!🙄
My recommendation is NOT TO BUY.
I believe you can get much better spending NO more from most recognised makes.

Haven’t received order & terrible communication
I placed an order on 28/12/22 and paid for Express shipping which stated “1-2 days including Saturdays” I still haven’t received my order, it hasn’t even been marked as Shipped. I contacted them via email on 01/01/23 and on 02/01/23 and I haven’t received a reply to either email. Will be requesting a refund if the items haven’t been shipped yet. And if they have (which I doubt) then I will be requesting a refund for the Express Delivery. Terrible customer service and will never be using again. AVOID

Order refunded with no response. Poor customer service
Poor shopping experience I ever have online with this toy store gogo Gadget. Ordered some mini figurines from them, plan to use for a party. Wait for a week still no update about the shipment, then sent me a system generated refund email with no reason given. Emailed them asking for the reason for the cancellation and no response. The items are still available on their website..... Now i still need to wait for the amount to be refunded back to me! Terrible customer service.

Don’t even bother. The shop is quicker
Ordered the product almost a month ago. Have not received it. Paid for premium shipping. Had a email saying that it’s been dispatched almost a month ago with tracking number. Click on tracking and the delivery company haven’t even received the item to send it. Emailed customer services twice and nothing.
