My gift from the United States to a friend in Finland has been delayed by a security check for two days. I did not receive any communication about it until I asked what was going on. The gift card was supposed to be sent immediately. I had no idea it would be so challenging to send a gift to someone in Finland!

The redemption charge
The redemption charge is not acceptable. I have already paid for the GoGift, and it is unreasonable for the recipient to be charged an additional fee when redeeming it.

Extremely poor UX on your platform
Extremely poor user experience on your portal for gift card redemption. I don’t understand why I need to download the gift card as a PDF, then open the link inside the PDF, and finally show the QR code to redeem it.
Imagine how inconvenient this is when you’re checking out at a supermarket or convenience store. The QR code should be shown directly in the portal and be easily accessible on mobile.
