I didn’t receive the package because it was stolen before I got home. The delivery person delivered to the ground floor, took a picture as a sign of delivery while I lived on the 5th floor. I do not have control over the time my package is to be delivered neither do I have the option of selecting delivery day and time. This make GOFO a very bad delivery option because I work and can’t be home 24/7

They claim package is delivered but nobody home
They claim package is delivered, but nobody is home. So to whom did they hand over the package? Did they just leave it at the doorstep, which is prohibited. So anyone can steal the package from you doorstep and then you have to prove that you didn’t receive anything. How can you make a picture of something that is not there, send in a photo of air. It is their job to prove that the package is handed over to a person, let me see prove of that. A picture of a doornumber is not proof that there is someone at home. It is ridiculous that they treat the packages of other people like this and get away with it.

It is supposed that the package was delivered, but it is not at my place. I have many neighbours and I don't know all of them, besides that I'm in a business trip and I'm not there to ask them.

Its good. Package arrived safely. But if it could be better we have a estimated time and where we want to put ( if we are outside).
Give an option like : back shed, neighbors, post box etc.
