Perfect after sales service

Delivery could be more comfortable
The package couldn't be delivered to a neighbour when we were not at home.
And the printer was not able to recognize the toner. We had to replace the small green chip located on the toner to make it work.

Good that you got it to work by changing the chip. Normally this shouldn't be necessary. The chips of these toners should always work. There might have been a factory defect in the chip on the toner you got. Normally we would replace the toner with a new one. If this chip starts acting up, please contact us directly for a replacement.
