Great customer service!
The product I purchased online unfortunately had no more inventory left. The customer service I received was quick, very friendly and compassionate about my issue. The representative who was helping me provided several options for me for a solution. I was unable to purchase the outfit I had in mind but I will definitely shop here again due to the incredible help I received.

Absolutely blown away by the professionalism, kindness, and lightning-fast service
I ordered a bra, and unfortunately, it arrived with a small defect. The moment I reported the issue, the incredible Paulina reached out to me that very same day. Not only was she incredibly kind and understanding, but she also shipped out a replacement immediately! And guess what? The very next day, I had the perfect, flawless product in my hands!

GSQ is one of my favourite lingerie brands! The design and quality of their products are amazing and they boost confidence :)
Since I started purchasing at their store around two years ago they have also improved a lot their customer service. One person that definitely deserves big recognition is Paulina whose support is just excellent! I can rate it 6/5. She is always super helpful, very fast in response and proactive. Thanks to her each order and refund processes are easy as she is always there to answer any questions or doubts I would have.

Fantastic lingerie, my wife absolutely loved the selection I made for her. She especially loved the fact that she gets to experience something new and different every year for her birthday, as the foreign lingerie is much more appealing and better quality than those currently offered in the US.

I generally really like the company, I like the quality and style of their clothing. They have their own returns process which is worth looking into but I haven’t experienced issues with it. The only issue I had was with the Nymph bathing suit top, while beautiful the little serpent piece unfortunately broke after a few wears.
