Shipping time was normal, the packaging felt luxurious and the swimsuit itself feels made really well and fits perfectly. My only complaint is you don’t sell bigger sizes.

I am satisfied with the fabric and the quality of both top and bottom (got Nymph set). Sizes are true as well and top is adjustable.

Love my bathing suit and how it fits, very flattering for a curvy women like myself. GSQ a premium brand? — the whole situation felt like a circus...
My experience with this store has been extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish.
The original order I received was damaged. Instead of offering a proper replacement, I was initially only offered a partial refund, which is unacceptable for a brand-new item. After I pushed back, they agreed to send a replacement blouse and confirmed that it had been shipped.
However, a week later, I was suddenly informed that the item was actually out of stock, and the order had been cancelled.
Then came the refund process — or rather, the lack of it. I was told that the refund had been issued and advised to check with my bank. I kept insisting on some confirmation of the transaction. Eventually, they admitted that the refund hadn’t been processed at all.
This is not how a premium brand should operate — the whole situation felt like a circus, not a professional customer service experience. I’ve ordered from this store before, but after this chaos, I won’t be coming back.
Also, the Order Protection fee (which is obligatory) I paid clearly provided no real benefit and should be removed entirely.
