I write this review of a company I have used for four years and recommended many times because of the review that precedes this.
This evening I phoned Neil up to offer him software development work. He declined because he was too busy. I offered him the work before any other business contacts because I trust him the most. That he was too busy to take on a well paid consultancy roll says everything you need to know.
His hosting is top. His trustworthiness is top.

A well earned five stars.

Neil is dishonest and a liar and I would not recommend him nor his services to anyone.

Excellent service. Neil and his team at GoCreations have provided and looked after my web development company's dedicated servers for years now. This company has hosted our web site for many years. The customer response is second to none, with their excellent service on messaging and phone if needed. .
We hope to be using this company for many years to come!

Having worked with a couple of other companies and had bad experiences I finally found Go Creations. Initially I thought prices were a little high but I quickly realised they were more than reasonable for the service given.
All of my queries have always been dealt with swiftly. Actually, that's an understatement, I've never known a company respond quite so quickly and Neil seems to respond before I've sent the email sometimes!
Go Creations are quick to identify potential threats/issues, working quickly and effectively no matter what the time of day.
I rarely bother with reviews because, let's be honest, how many companies offer good customer service nowadays? This company certainly do and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for first class service, rapid response and overall one of the best companies I've worked with.

have had not problems with them for unexpected downtime and they are always very quick and helpful especially as i always seem to get problems during the weekend and late evenings and within almost minutes everything is repaired and/or instructions sent to me what to do.

I've worked with dozens of different hosting businesses both large & small. I can happily say that Go Creations have surpassed them all in the quality of their service, the capability they have offered and the commitment to doing a good job. No issue has been too difficult or inconvenient to attend to, and on many occasions they have gone above and beyond to resolve external problems. During the most challenging periods (highly sophisticated external attack) they have fought tooth & nail to get us back up & running - and delivered on that.

Excellent company, they have gone out of their way on numerous occasions to help out when we have had issues, and provided advice many times on various subjects.

I am a small user as far as the internet is concerned, I use GoCreations to host a few websites for friends / family etc, including online stores etc
Over the years I have found the level of support offered by the company as second to none. I would describe myself as a "Good User" , the more testing problems I have had have always been resolved quickly and if its something I should be able to do Go Creations are happy to help me get on top of it..

We are a website design company and we've been using GoCreations to host our clients' websites since 2015. We are extremely pleased with the service. The reliability of the service is top notch and on the few occasions where there have been any problems, they have been handled promptly, efficiently and politely.

The support staff (especially Neil) are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. We've had issues (that we caused!) late at night before, and have still had them fixed within 15 minutes.

We have been approached by other companies to take over our hosting, but have never been even slightly tempted. GoCreation's prices are fair and the service and support is excellent, so why would we move?

GoCreations is a fantastic hosting company that keeps me informed and acts quickly on any issues and questions I may have. Highly recommended!
