Go Cap is constantly contacting us…

Go Cap is constantly contacting us several times a week despite repeated requests for them to cease. Their tactics include sending applications to your email and sending emails saying thank you for talking with us even though no contact or solicitation for their predatory services.

Hi Jake, we are looking into this issues you have stated but the broadness of the name "Jake D" is making it quite dificult. If you do not mind, please respond to a email you are seeing or simply give us a call so we and recitfy the situitation. This company is a big joke

This company is a big joke. They keep sending unsolicited offer letters/calls but mainly Clix Sign documents that they expect you to sign blindly. They're the worst scammers I've seen in the funding niche. I've sent them many notes to stop w/ no luck.

Real Service, bad employee experience

UPDATED at bottom: The services this company provides for financing are legitimate as I received financing with a lender. They have high interest rates at first but if you are looking for financing and a way to build business credit they can certainly help. Once you get through a certain percentage of the loan you can work on rolling over to better lenders with better rates as well.
My issues- This company had an employee who lied to me in order to double charge me broker fees. When they ask you to sign additional papers after already being approved and completing your funding call with the lender do not sign them! I was told you that you have to sign it in order to "approve the lender to pay them"...That is not true, this is actually approving GoCap to charge YOU again a second time to double charge you. Wayne told me not to worry that it wouldn't charge me but that I had to sign the paper in order to get deposit from the lender. Next thing you know I was charged when I was specifically told otherwise. I confronted Wayne about this issue and he apologized saying that wasn't supposed to happen and was going to work on fixing the issue which obviously never happened.

Update:
Upon being reached out to by the company they made me aware that they no longer work with Wayne and assisted me with making things right. I did not get the refund however I did get assistance on transferring to a better lender for no fees. I am thankful that they reached out and made right on the issues I faced, if something seems off always reach out to a higher up or go a different route. This company offers real services, they just had a bad egg who I unfortunately encountered.

Spam and Scam.

Just another unethical and predatory business loan company who got a hold of my contact information through a shaddy email list and that is now spamming the crap out of my inbox - and there's no unsubscribe button. The world would be a better place without companies like this one.
