ok but...
The car itself was fine. However, the windshield was dirty on the inside; I had to drive to a service station to clean it because visibility was poor when the sun was shining. Another issue was that the washer fluid hadn't been topped up. I needed it to clean the windshield after the rain, but it was empty. I had to clean the glass by hand.

Finding the office at the airport was…
Finding the office at the airport was easy—the lady there was particularly professional—and picking up the vehicle from the parking lot was a breeze; the process was very quick. Returning the vehicle was also a fast and smooth experience. I strongly recommend that renters get full comprehensive insurance, as the car was very new ; they might photograph even the tiniest scratch and hold you liable for it.
