Flight delayed and there was so no mention of tea/ coffee and noodle of soup until I went to the airline desk. Foreigners like myself don’t know the procedure, I wished there was better service. It’s kinda too late when you have brought all your meals and snacks. I would never fly on here again...waste of my time and money. Flights are extra expensive for foreigners due to dual pricing at least treat everyone fair
I flew with Golden Myanmar Airlines in January 2017 from Sittwe to Thandwe. We had some connection problems with our internet and booked only one day ahead, so I guess the booking didn't go through and we were not on the passenger list. The staff there was so nice and enabled us to book the flight on site for the same Price as on the internet. The Airline replaced the money within 2 weeks. The flight was pleasant and even included drinks and a sweet snack.
