I have been following the Glucose Godess quite a while, she realy knows what she is talking about and even though I dont realy have any gluces trouble (no diabetes, that I know of that is), looking at my age (54) and coping with post meno “party elements”, I realy think my levels can use some help. I try to think about eating the good stuff (veggies, fat, proteïne, sugar as little as possible and so on) but with a family of 4 we often eat pasta’s (Sweet) potato’s, rice, wraps and on occasion a pizza or some other guilty pleasure food but after dinner I noticed that this always gives a major impact on my health. Recently I started with anti-spike, can’t realy tell too much for now but I do feel like it works a little, after dinner I dont have a racing heartbeat and don’t crave much for anything after. So fingers crosset and I want to keep up the healthy food, I hope to also maybe, eventuely lose a little wheight.
