Order not delivered in 6 months despite several polite emails from their support team saying that the original delivery went astray and my order was being sent again.

Never had any issues with delivery.

Awful experience. Didn’t receive my order. Emailed numerous occasions, no response. This company is a scam. Do not order from them! After 3 months I had to contact my bank to get a refund.

Honestly I don’t know what’s going on I’ve ordered 2 months ago and I have received nothing. I am so disappointed. I want my refund!

I honestly love their products but this is the second or third time that I had to raise a dispute with my bank. I placed an order on the 29th November for Black Friday bought 4 products, got an email confirmation and standard for delivery and the money went from account too. After that nothing, nothing to say it was dispatched or delay nothing at all. I emailed, I went on live chat, I commented and sent a dm on instagram BUT STILL NO RESPONSE. It happened once before and I had to contact the bank. The only reason why I placed an order is because the products are so good but safe to say I’ll have to find an alternative because their company literally sucks

Honestly just a joke placed an order on the 7th paying £6 delivery!!!! got in touch through instagram as they was not responding to my emails was assured I would receive it and deliverly would be refunded still no delivery received no refund no response poor poor poor customer services I have now raised a dispute with the bank.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS SO GREEDY AND USELESS THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Order 2 for 70 and heard nothing from them since waiting for a month then contacted bank they took my money but not sent no items. I had to chase them via email, insta to get in contact the service is rubbish. If the service is crap why would you order knowing full well you won't get a response. Until you reclaim fro the bank. It's was alot of headache chasing this company no complimentary to apologise for the inconvenience. Avoid at all cost. Never again

Don’t buy from them! I place order a week ago I was still waiting for no shipping confirmation nothing they saying take 5/7 day when it’s shipping 1/3days. Customer service poorly I recommend don’t order. I am still waiting for refund now.

This was my first time using this cream,it was recommended by my niece,I used it the once and found it was really hydrating and gave me a glow,it lasts the whole day,I love it.
Got it on a sale,it was a very good price so I bought 2 glowlixer cream and the turmeric face mask,moisturiser is very good used as a primer before make up,I get so much compliments.So happy with it,hope it goes back on sale

It’s the only moisturiser I use and will use! Works SO well on my skin, leave it glowing and hydrated all day!! Will never be using any other moisturiser and I always bulk buy so I am stocked up.

I placed an order in December, changed my mind, contacted them within 14 days to return them. The woman who emailed me had the cheek to say I can’t return them because I’ve gone over 2 weeks; and I even had proof of me contacting them within 14 days! I sent so many emails and dms on insta and they took days and days; even weeks to reply. I sent over 20 emails probably more, only for someone called Ben to then reply to me saying oh sorry for the misunderstanding you can return the items! Items were returned and again I had proof of the items being returned and delivered AND they still took so long refunding me! When they did refund me they only refunded me £49 when it’s meant to be £55 because I ordered the bundle and that was £140 but it got discounted when I went to pay for it but because my original total was over £70 it gave me free shipping, even after the total was discounted I still got free shipping. They then refused to issue the remaining refund and said oh it’s because we paid £6.00 to send the stuff out to you but that wasn’t the case because my order was over £70 originally hence it met the free shipping criteria! I know it’s only £6.00 but why should I pay for something that was sent to me on free shipping! This company is a shambles, the customer service is slow and they don’t prioritise their customers either. They purposely reply late so that you miss the 14 day deadline and then you’re not able to return the stuff and when you do return them they deduct £6.00!!! What a joke!!!

Good product gives your skin a healthy glow and hydrates skin

i ordered the item by accident through the shop app emailed glowlixir asking to return which took them so long to reply, once returned they have missed the delivery 3 times via royal mail and now are ignoring my emails, item was sent back on 13/1/24 and its now 31/1/24 and still have not arranged redelivery or reply to my emails! worse customer services they never will i be ordering from them again!

Quick delivery my products came next day and I didn’t even pay for next day delivery, I loved everything I got. I mainly chose to purchase from Glolixir because of their support for Palestine, I feel good knowing my money will go towards a cause that needs it. I will definitely buy from them again.

Such a good bundle of products suits pretty much anyone, packaging is beautiful and you get a lot of product for your money. Been using them for a couple of years now wouldn’t trust any other products on my skin. Running low unfortunately but will be put my order through again soo as always!
