Great gift idea, bought these as a present for the wife and they are really good. Was quick and not that expensive so would definitely recommend.

Terrible service,my item arrived damaged,I emailed at least 2 or 3 times,tried to call but nothing of a reply from either.would never buy from them again.

I don't normally write negative reviews but this experience has been particularly bad. The lamp arrived shattered and after emailing the company twice (!) I received no reply. I'm now £15 out of pocket with an unusable and unsellable lamp. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered two lamps, was only sent one. I contacted the company twice and no response so I basically bought one lamp for twice the price. Avoid

I ordered a lamp, bulb and various other things back in November 2020 as a Christmas present. The items never arrived. I have had one email reply from Glow Himalayan to say that they would resend my order BUT it still hasn't arrived and now they won't answer my emails.
Are they a genuine company or just a scam to take your money?

Beautiful lamp, delivered promptly.

Tracking didn’t work, the lamp just arrived.
It had to be repacked by Yodel, as the original packaging was heavily damaged.
Salt lamp had taken a beating, and some of the salt had been chipped off.
The wooden base was heavily scratched, and had a few chunks missing.
Emailed customer service, to ask about a replacement base. I was offered a 10% discount, which I politely declined. They said they would check if they had any spare bases on the 20th December, and would come back to me.
Since then I have sent 3 polite follow up emails, and haven’t had a single response.
I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I don’t know what else to do at this stage. I wouldn’t mind so much if it was one of the smaller lamps, but it was the 20-25kg one, which is over £40 with the dimmer switch. If I am spending that much, then I want a product that I am 100% satisfied with.

An order placed in mid-November, nearly 8 weeks and 4 emails later, and still no product. Ive had one response nearly 3 weeks ago saying there was an issue and another order would be sent on 24 hours delivery which has also never arrived. 3 subsequent emails not answered. Delays I appreciate but if they cannot deliver products or service within a very generous amount of time then they need to stop operating until they can.

Avoid this company they do not get back to you if you have any problems.
I only received half my order, the lamp was broken, the bulb has smashed and the Dimmer cable was also broken

It took over a month to get a refund after I had to go through PayPal because this company did not come back to me at all

The dimmer cable also began to melt so I will be very cautious about purchasing from this company

I ordered a lamp for my daughter and the bulb blew so on ordering another one with a dimmer cable. The bulb was missing from the delivery. This was replaced but the cable is defective. When I emailed several times regarding this my emails are completely ignored! These people are selling cheap products, beware.

Ordered two lamps seperatly now and both beautiful. Postage before Christmas was slow but the latest purchase took a week. Excellent quality lamps too.

Been trying to contact the company having had 4 seperate orders cancelled less than a week before Christmas. Was promised a 50% off voucher which I have never received despite replying that I wished to take advantage of their offer. Unable to contact them either by their Facebook page, email or phone. I placed the order 08.12.2020 and then was notified of my 4 orders being cancelled on the 20.12.2020.

Purchased a beautiful lamp for a Christmas present. It arrived well packaged. Communication was fantastic after a mistake was made with my order. A great service! Would highly recommend this Company and shall definitely reorder.

So angry, ordered back in November, was told 10-14 days for delivery. It wasn't dispatched until 7 Dec, it is now 24 Dec...and it hasn't arrived. No tracking, no one answering phones....joke of a company.

It is now 6 January, still not arrived unable to get through to company, left voicemails...no reply.
