Great service by the man himself, superb torches and opening the parcel was like Christmas, all this extra stuff kept turning up in amongst the packaging. Would shop again for sure but the quality of the stuff I bought will probably ensure I do not need to! Phil B

I ordered a lumens torch from Glowgadgets as I liked the style of the write provided on the website. The torch was out of stock, a prompt email from Doc informed when they were expected and offered to upgraded the delivery type. Before I had the chance to email and say 'no worries' the torch arrived with what appeared to a goody bag of surprises. Tried the torch out this evening and it is still better than anticipated.
I will definitely use Glowgadgets for future purchases, its not often in the cyber world you get the Human touch. Well done Doc "live long and prosper".

I just bought a load of different kit for a trip to Nepal and of the 8 different online retailers Glowgadgets (and Alpkit) were the best by a mile. It's almost like you click confirm order and instantly there is someone knocking on the door with a package.

Very happy with the level of service. Doc called me when what I wrote in the comments section conflicted with the delivery type I chose. All sorted out quickly and delivered on time.

I ordered a firefighters knife from GlowGadgets - there was a short delay in shipping because they were out of stock - I still received in less that a week from order - but I was kept informed and a small gift was included to compensate - what more could anyone ask.
The knife is excellent by the way - I am a professional firefighter and will use it on a daily basis

Recently purchased a Silverpoint lantern for camping. Was a bit apprehensive as have never used Glowgadgets before. Need not have worried, delivery took only 2 days well packaged, with a free solar keyring torch inside and a hand written not from Doc, thanking me for the order. Would recommend buying from Glowgadgets. Also liked the video reviews of products on the website.

The order arrived quickly & everything is working. I have tested it in use & it is comfortable to hold although I did find you have to be wary when shopping as you can accidently switch alarm on.
