Just received my second Rolex watch from GWS and I am delighted with both the process and the watch itself This item was ordered new in January - a Lady Datejust 31mm with MOP diamond dial, steel/ yellow gold jubilee bracelet and yellow gold fluted bezel. Such a beautiful watch!

I placed an order for a Lady DateJust through Matt and nothing has been too much trouble for him. I changed my mind in design several times and he has been incredibly patient with me throughout the process. The watch is now on order and will hopefully be here soon

I went back to Matt last week regarding another watch I had noticed on their website; a Yachtmaster in steel and rose gold with a chocolate dial. This had been sold but Matt undertook to source a preowned one for me and it arrived today. It is just perfect being in fabulous condition and having been adjusted to fit prior to being sent.

When searching for the right Rolex you need to be sure you are purchasing exactly what you want and can afford from an honest source. Nothing has been too much trouble for the GWS team and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

5 star service from start to finish. Simon took the time to host me at their showroom (which is in a fantastic location I should add) to talk me through models, the differences in the ages of the watches, the papers and all the questions I had. I'm so pleased with the watch I purchased and the price I paid. I had trouble paying as my bank decided to block my account and it took over an hour on the phone to resolve, taking us past the shop operating hours but Simon was extremely relaxed about it. I was definitely not as chilled ha ha. An absolute gent! I'd 100% recommend and use this business again.
