What a horrible experience and a total loss of $1,550. They produced just enough that I can not sue for my funds to be returned. Even with the low quality of the videos making them unusable and embarrassing they did procedure something and unfortunately the law is on their side as they showed good faith.

Elizabeth gave me the run around for months and I would have to contact Alex just to get her to respond. Eventually Sarah the manager got involved and convinced me to remove my review on Bark, this as a huge mistake. The quality of the videos which took 5 months to receive were very poor quality and the audio somehow even worse. I posted their video and my amateur video 1 day apart and mine out performed theirs in views and theirs was posted first.

I would not recommend Global Branding under any circumstances.

I regret to say that my experience with this company has been highly disappointing. Initially, they were quick to accept payment and set a project completion timeline of three months. However, over a year has passed, and there has been no tangible progress on the project. Despite repeated requests for additional funds, I am left questioning the integrity of their operations.

I had chosen this company based on my past experiences with freelancer and vWorker, believing that this straightforward 3D project would serve as a solid foundation for future collaboration. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a misjudgment. While one individual on their team was helpful and professional, it was evident that they lacked the authority or resources to move the project forward. The process felt like a series of delays designed to wear down the client’s patience.

Moving forward, I want to ensure that other businesses do not face similar challenges. My legal team is actively addressing this matter to seek resolution and prevent this from happening to others. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their practices.

We first approached Global Branding to have them apply some motion to our existing logo which had been made by a design firm over 35 years ago. But upon seeing some of Global's work, we decided to have them attempt to create a new logo for us which would be more representative of our current business. We were absolutely astonished by the results. Honestly, we had not expected the amazing quality of work which we received. These folks really understand marketing. After describing our business to Elizabeth in detail, she listened carefully to our broad expectations and zeroed in. She sent several samples to us. After 3 takes they hit the mark and we are extremely pleased with the result. Global will be our "go to" for our design and marketing needs going forward.
